We arrived for the final stint of our honeymoon to celebrate the NY. From start to finish the staff were amazing and went above and beyond with everything, from the presentation of the rooms to breakfast. The breakfast offered a huge variety to accommodate for anyone staying. The location is very central with minimal noise which meant we always had a great nights sleep. If by the beach/ pool there was a menu for snacks or a full meal if required. The NY eve party was exceptional and the food left us spoilt with choice. From Sushi to a hog roast, along with welcome drinks and cocktails. The staff bought around a lovely NY card and elephants for gifts- this was well above anything we expected. Added bonus- 5 minute walk from the Central Shopping complex.

Rooms are spacious, excellent bathrooms, good water pressure and hot water Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of dishes and good quality. Front desk staff and maids were very good and hospitable. Excellent attitude and very personable. The free mini bar and actual coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool outside our room was fantastic. Incredible sunset views from the rooftop bar. The location of the hotel is excellent, well within reach of all the major attractions in Patong and right on the beach.
